Sheraton Conference Hall

The International Conference Center, nestled independently within the garden, features a predominantly white exterior that resembles a seagull spreading its wings and soaring toward the Xixi Wetlands. It is connected to the main building via a connecting bridge. The total conference area spans 2,607.5 square meters. The main banquet hall is located on the first floor, covering 1,050 square meters with a ceiling height of 6.8 meters, and can be divided into three separate meeting rooms. The overall décor is grand yet refined, primarily adorned in earthy tones; the carpet is custom‑made in one seamless piece, without any visible seams. The hall is illuminated by nine crystal chandeliers, each featuring over 1,000 crystal prisms—creating an utterly magical ambiance. The hall is equipped with up to six high‑definition projectors, two of which deliver 20,000 lumens, meeting near‑theater‑quality standards. To accommodate the diverse needs of guests, in addition to the standard 10‑person round table, the hotel boasts a circular table capable of seating 50 diners at once, with a diameter reaching 9.8 meters. Since the banquet hall is situated on the first floor, the hotel has specially designed a concealed door measuring 2.8 meters in width—wide enough to easily accommodate a passenger car. This feature is sure to bring convenience to numerous auto show organizers.

The banquet foyer area is divided into indoor and outdoor sections, boasting exceptional natural light and stunning views, perfectly catering to all needs for cocktail receptions, barbecues, and wedding ceremonies. To meet the requirements of government hospitality, a VIP lounge is conveniently located adjacent to the banquet hall. As with other wedding guests, a dedicated bridal suite offers newlyweds the convenience of touch‑ups and wardrobe changes. The second floor of the International Conference Center features eight multi‑functional halls, each equipped with floor‑to‑ceiling panoramic windows. The sloping roof design, complemented by wooden beam accents, effectively enhances the sense of visual spaciousness. The halls range in size from 54 to 130 square meters, accommodating a variety of meeting needs.
