Tourism Complex

The emergence of Xixi Paradise was driven by Hangzhou’s move toward internationalized urban tourism, marking one of the inevitable trends in China’s urban complex development. As an internationally renowned tourist destination, Hangzhou sees tens of millions of visitors each year, creating an increasingly urgent demand for high‑standard, large‑scale public tourism service facilities. The overall concept of Xixi Paradise originated from the “supporting parking lot” idea within the Xixi Wetland Conservation Project, which later evolved into a “large-scale tourism public service center” combining hotels with parking facilities. Through feasibility analyses conducted by international hotel consulting firms and continuous refinement by the development team, the concept of a “hotel cluster” was constructively proposed—and subsequently developed into a “tourism complex” centered on a high‑end hotel cluster, seamlessly integrating the China Wetland Museum, an international club, the Xixi Paradise Commercial Street, hotel‑style apartments, ownership‑based hotels, and various tourism public service facilities: Xixi Paradise.
