Job Responsibilities:
1. Assist the Manager in overseeing, reviewing, evaluating, and revising the functions and capabilities of property management operations;
2. Implement various government regulations, laws, and property management covenants, while maintaining strong relationships with relevant departments;
3. Develop annual property management budget plans for projects, and manage the day-to-day service quality of properties, operational management processes, and appropriate financial performance;
4. Be well-versed in real estate and property management laws and regulations, and familiar with the content, processes, and methods of property management and services;
5. Hold a Property Manager Certification; possess excellent customer service principles, team spirit, and organizational leadership skills; and be capable of handling various emergencies effectively;
Qualifications:
1. Possess an associate degree or higher;
2. Hold a valid Property Management Manager On-the-Job Certificate;
3. Have at least 3 years of professional property management experience (with experience as a commercial office building property manager), including at least 2 years of experience managing day-to-day administrative affairs;
4. Be familiar with property management workflows, regulations, and related laws and statutes, and have extensive experience in customer service, property engineering, security, and cleaning management;
5. Demonstrate the ability to independently handle and follow up on routine property management tasks;
6. Possess strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills, and be adept at communicating with clients and relevant government agencies.
