On June 13, in the lush, green Dream Town of Yuhang, Hangzhou, a major gathering on entrepreneurship and innovation—the 2019 National Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation Week—officially kicked off.
During the “Double Innovation” Week, more than 170 innovation and entrepreneurship projects from across the country showcased the latest achievements in “double innovation”; 16 national ministry and commission–sponsored events brought together industry leaders; and over 270 exciting “double innovation” activities took place in Hangzhou, offering a dazzling array of highlights. As the host city of the Double Innovation Week, Hangzhou connected with cities nationwide, reached out to overseas partners, and leveraged online platforms to comprehensively showcase the fruits of “double innovation” development and ignite its vibrant momentum.
As one of the designated host hotels for the “Double Innovation Week” event, the Sheraton Hangzhou Xixi Resort Hotel within the Xixi Paradise Complex welcomed over 240 representatives from national demonstration bases for innovation and entrepreneurship, including senior executives from companies such as New Hope Group, State Grid Corporation of China, China Merchants Group, China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation, and China Electronics Information Industry Group.
