RAD provides clients with research, architectural, and urban design services. Our architectural approach is grounded in clearly defined, thoroughly researched, original, and distinctive concepts. RAD’s team comprises 25 members, including architects, urban planners, interior designers, and media researchers from diverse countries. With an increasing number of projects on the horizon, we are expanding our research and design departments. To enhance our performance, we are adopting more flexible and efficient design strategies to elevate the quality of every aspect of our projects. In addition to new initiatives in Southeast Asia, RAD’s projects have been featured in numerous internationally renowned architecture magazines, and we have been interviewed by several leading architectural publications and invited to participate in exhibitions—including ArchiLab in the United States, the United Kingdom, South Korea, and Paris. RAD has completed a number of highly acclaimed buildings in prime locations across Asia, including commercial towers and luxury residential complexes in Hong Kong, new economic planning initiatives in Singapore, urban planning and architectural projects in China, highway service areas in Taiwan, mixed-use developments in India, the SK Telecom headquarters in South Korea, the W Hotel—a fashion-forward design brand—and campus planning projects, among others.
RAD has won numerous prestigious awards, including the Beijing B2B Center (1 million square meters), the Guangzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center, the Singapore Orchard Road Redevelopment Design Competition, and first place in the design competition for the Jeonju University Main Library and Student Center. The SK Headquarters received both the Korean Institute of Architects Award and the Hong Kong Institute of Architects Award. Meanwhile, the Seoul-based W Hotel and the 5,000-square-meter luxury clubhouse at Kai Hang Bay in Hong Kong each won the renowned PDRA Awards in 2005 and 2006, respectively.
