The scope of this tender is for the supervision services for the renovation of selected guest rooms at the Xixuan Hotel. The primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, controlling the quality, cost, material inspections, and schedule of the construction project during the construction phase in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, engineering construction standards, survey and design documents, and contractual agreements; managing contracts, information, and safe and civilized construction practices; coordinating relationships among all parties involved in the construction project; and fulfilling statutory duties related to safety production management in construction projects. |
