01 Visit the “Liu Mei” Party Building Culture Hall
Huang Chunlei and his delegation first visited the “Six Beauties” Party Building Culture Hall of the Xixi Tourism Investment Joint Party Committee, gaining a detailed understanding of the committee’s work in grassroots Party building and corporate culture promotion. During the visit, Huang Chunlei stated that Xixi Paradise is positioned as a world-class integrated tourism complex, with “beauty” serving as the overarching theme throughout the entire resort. Through the refined content of the “Six Beauties,” the company’s corporate culture, development journey, and remarkable achievements are presented in a systematic, three-dimensional, and multifaceted manner—truly reflecting Xixi Paradise’s unique identity.
02 Party Building Symposium
At the subsequent symposium, Huang Chunlei listened to a work report from the joint Party Committee of Xixi Tourism Investment on this year’s key Party building initiatives, business operations, and innovative development. Secretary Huang fully affirmed the various tasks undertaken by the joint Party Committee and the achievements they had made, praising the joint Party Committee for actively embodying the spirit of “Party building fostering integrity, branding inspiring pride, culture bringing vitality, and cadres exuding vigor” in their work. At the same time, he noted that the two enterprises under the joint Party Committee had formed complementary strengths in terms of resources, talent, and technology, collaborating seamlessly and cultivating a positive corporate culture.
Finally, Huang Chunlei offered three recommendations for the work of the Joint Party Committee of Xixi Tourism Investment: First, brand promotion—leveraging the party building base as a model promotional hub for the company, further enhancing the company’s image and boosting its visibility and influence. Second, an educational platform—using the party building base as a training ground and learning center for employees and party members, thereby strengthening their sense of belonging, pride, and responsibility toward the company. Third, party building integration—taking strong party building as the core, further enabling party building to guide operations and using culture to drive development.
