Xi Yue Property

 

In the face of the sudden outbreak, the property management company of Xixi Paradise demonstrated highly efficient responsiveness and execution. We promptly completed the procurement of medical masks, disinfectant, and other essential supplies, providing robust logistical support for the park’s long-term battle against the epidemic. We immediately responded to the government’s call by sealing off the underground parking lot, conducting thorough inspections and clearing out all vehicles within the park, and closing all entrances and exits on February 4th—implementing temperature checks and registration for all visitors. While excelling in our park’s epidemic prevention efforts, we leveraged the pioneering role of the Party organization within our state-owned enterprise, offering support with barrier fences to aid the village street’s epidemic prevention and control work, and serving as a designated isolation facility during the street’s pandemic response, thereby making a positive contribution to the region’s overall epidemic prevention efforts.

While ensuring smooth operational support, the Engineering Department arranged for the Maintenance Team to conduct inspections and maintenance on key areas and facilities/equipment. In light of the unique nature of epidemic prevention efforts, the Engineering Department adjusted its maintenance schedule and took advantage of downtime during the pandemic control period to carry out comprehensive maintenance work across the park’s public areas and underground parking.

The Sheraton Hangzhou Xixi Resort Hotel immediately activated its emergency response mechanism. The incident was reported to hotel management immediately. Due to limited bed availability, at the doctor’s recommendation, Master Zhen drove the staff back to their dormitory and made the necessary quarantine arrangements. By the time he returned home, it was already close to 2 a.m. Fortunately, the employee was ultimately diagnosed with common pneumonia caused by influenza and recovered, being discharged from the hospital on February 3.
