Responsibilities:

1. Assist the manager in monitoring, reviewing, evaluating and revising the functions and functions of the property management;

2. Implement government regulations, decrees and property management conventions, and maintain good relations with relevant departments;

3. Formulate the project's annual property management budget plan to manage the service quality, operation management process and appropriate financial operation of the daily property;

4. Familiar with real estate and property management laws and regulations, familiar with the contents, processes and methods of property management and services;

5, with the property manager qualification certificate, excellent customer service concept, team spirit and organizational leadership, can properly handle various emergencies;

Qualification:

1. College degree or above;

2. Hold an effective property management manager's employment certificate;

3, 3 years of professional property management experience (office project project manager work experience), at least 2 years of management office daily affairs work experience;

4. Familiar with property management work procedures, regulations and related laws and regulations, and have rich experience in customer service and property engineering, security and cleaning management;

5. Ability to independently handle and follow up on day-to-day management matters;

6. Have strong language expression and communication skills, and be good at communicating with customers and relevant government departments.
